Quilt in Progress

Well here is the first pic of my "Whirlygig" quilt. It's my first attempt at a proper quilt.

I've got a long way to go yet, and there will actually be white squares in between each coloured square.

Well I got a pay rise the other day, so what better way to spoil myself than with a Blythe doll!!

I have adored them for ages, and as I justified it to my mother, “it’s an investment”

I do however feel like a big kid - 27 years old an I'm bouncing off the walls waiting for a doll to arrive in the mail!!

Blythe.......I am totally obsessed. I HAVE to have one!! but the pretty little things are super expensive :(

Bookmarks

Well after my little shopping expedition at the Craft Fair on the weekend, I am housebound for the next 3 weeks I think!!! There was so much wonderful stuff there! Will post more pics soon of the stash of bits and bobs I bought.

I finally managed to finish a set of Bookmarks last night, and I’ve already sold 3 today to people at work!! WOO HOO!! Time to make the big leap and start selling things on Etsy.
If anyone wants to buy any now, let me know and we can arrange something – or do a swap
